Luego de una discusión con su esposo una fémina decidió colgarse en el baño de su casa.

El primer suicidio del año se registró en la alcaldía de Puerto Morelos, donde una mujer de 34 años de edad, decidió colgarse dentro del baño de su domicilio en la Supermanzana 17, con un mayón luego de sostener una fuerte riña con su pareja sentimental.
Los hechos fueron dados a conocer por José Guadalupe Hoil, quien dijo que la noche del pasado primero sostuvo una fuerte discusión con su esposa, pero él se fue a descansar y en la mañana que despertó vio cerrada la puerta del baño y forzó la cerradura para ver qué pasaba.
Dentro del baño encontró a su pareja sentimental, Isabel Caamal Canul, quien se había colgado con su mallón, por lo que decidió solicitar la intervención de los paramédicos quienes acudieron al domicilio en la Supermanzana 17, Manzana 39, Lote 17 en la calle Calamar, de la colonia 23 de Enero.
Los paramédicos señalaron que sus signos vitales ya no respondían, procediendo a dar aviso al agente del Ministerio Público, peritos criminalistas, quienes acudieron al lugar de los hechos para levantar el cuerpo y trasladarlo al Servicio Forense donde se determinará la causa inmediata de su muerte.
