Auto de formal prisión a Granier
El día de ayer un juez confirmó el auto de formal prisión contra el ex gobernador de Tabasco, Andrés Granier Melo, al perder Granier el amparo número 676/2015 contra auto de formal prisión por peculado dictado por la juez tercera penal de primera instancia, Guadalupe García Sánchez.
El actual auto de formal prisión es por presunto desvío de 2 mil 600 millones de pesos en el año 2012 cuando finalizó su gestión.
