Capitanías dependerán de la Marina

CHETUMAL.- Aprobaron comisiones del Senado que las Capitanías de Puerto pasen a ser competencia de la Secretaría de Marina y no de la SCT por lo que la primera tendria la facultad de autorizar la entrada de cruceros entre otras cosas.
