El aviso de una serie de disparos en la Región 326, frente al fraccionamiento Jardines del Sur, alertó a las diferentes corporaciones policíaca, quienes se dieron citas en la calle 135, y en un área verde encontraron 15 cartuchos percutidos, mientras que el pistolero ya se había dado a la fuga.
Los hechos se registraron a las 5:00 de la mañana, cuando vecinos señalaron que a la altura de la Región 326, se escuchaban fuertes detonaciones de arma de fuego, lo que parecía era una balacera, por lo acudieron a verificar el reporte.
Los elementos policiacos, entraron por la calle 135, y en una calle pequeña, sin nombre vieron regados varios cartuchos percutidos, por lo que solicitaron la presencia de los peritos de balísticas de la Procuraduría de Justicia quienes acudieron al lugar de los hechos.
Ahí encontraron un total de 15 cartuchos percutidos de nueve milímetros, de los cuales, 12 son de la marca Águila, mientras que tres de las Luger.
En la zona hay un guardia particular, quien señaló que escuchó como ocho detonaciones, pero que no vio entrar ningún tipo de vehículo por el lugar.
